Glequin Video Tutorial!

Sorry that you've had to pester and pester me for this. I always say it, but I'm such a slacker when it comes to making tutorials. This is by far my favourite tutorial that I've made. Editing was minimal and I managed to get most of the shots I needed first time round without any camera or other equipment disasters. I think tutorial making is, like almost everything, one of those instances where practice makes perfect. I'm learning from my mistakes and my videos are getting better for it.

Hopefully this will answer any questions you might have had about how I apply glequins. Here is a link to the Glitters on Born Pretty Store and don't forget you'll get 10% off your order with my code, SA5X31.

  3. Ah, thank you very much for the tutorial, I've always wondered how you manage to make them stick etc. :) Using clear polish is quite a good idea. Hopefully I'll get to try those glequins out soon, I really love the design :)

  18. I watched this vid the other day, when you put up the link. Then, instead of preparing dinner for the husband and son, I continued watching your other vids. The boys didn't starve. They eventually to the idea and began fending for themselves. Bottom line: I can't wait to cover myself in hex glitter, and would love to adopt you.

Also....can't wait to hear how it went at the Nails Show. Doooooo tell.

  25. Awesome video. It's nice to see it done in real time. It makes a world of difference. P.S. I like how you drowned the rejects. That made me laugh. But it makes sense to stick em in the topcoat where they'll stick.
