I had one of those amazing Sundays where I just got everything done that I wanted to. I did so much cleaning and even went grocery shopping! Most weekends I completely sloth out but I must admit it always feels great on Sunday night when I know I don’t have a pile of laundry still waiting to be done.
Today’s nails have a lot going on but they still look nice and simple. I always underestimate the power of polka dots. I love these miniature ones so much, I must do them more often!
I used Rimmel Aqua Cool as my base colour and added a black and white glitter, Seventeen Graffiti in Monochrome, on my thumb and middle finger.
Using BK Matte White I did the polka dots using a dotting tool and then stamped on the baroque/fleur de lis design from MoYou Tourist Collection 07 stamping plate.
It’s all topped off with two coats of Color Club top coat.

I have a full review of MoYou‘s stamping plates coming soon (spoiler: they’re awesome) but to get the ball rolling I thought I’d post a quickie manicure using their Princess Collection 09 plate. This plate has 18 full nail designs that are 12x15mm each. They just about cover my little nubs width wise but fear not, if you have wider nails they offer XL plates too!
I used Rimmel Aqua Cool as my base colour and created a gradient using Sally Hansen Brisk Blue. There’s a gradient tutorial here.
I stamped on the design from MoYou Princess 09 Stamping Plate using BK Matt White.
It’s all topped with Color Club Top Coat.
