Keeping House: Giveaway Winners and an Announcement

Without further ado, here are the winners of the recent giveaways held here at The Nailasaurus! If you missed it, I announced Day 5 a few weeks ago.
You may be wondering why I chose to export the entries and use Random.org to pick the winners. Well, I had to do a little bit of extra moderation. I added some unorthodox terms and conditions to the giveaways which now mean that I own most of your souls! By entering any of the giveaways, you were agreeing to these T&Cs:
By entering this giveaway, you are agreeing that I now own all of your wordly
belongings and, in the event of your death, your soul too.
If you point out the strangeness of these terms and conditions in the email address field (still include your
email!), you earn two extra entries for being a cautious and attentive citizen. I will
also relinquish my rights to your soul and belongings.

Of course, I'm not that mean - you can all have your souls and belongings back! But I was surprised at how many people didn't read the terms. To be honest, I don't often read every single clause of the terms and conditions on most websites and it's a bit scary to think of what you could actually be agreeing to. I just thought this would be a fun way for some of you to earn a few extra entries!

 On to the winners..

All the winners have been emailed and have 48 hours to respond before I pass the prize to the next winner. If you see your name here, but can't find an email from me, be sure to check your junk folder. If you still can't find it, feel free to email me.

And now for another announcement
Some of you have noticed that the Load N Vote contest has not yet moved on to the voting phase although it was scheduled to do so last night. There has been a power outage where Load N Vote's main server is located so the site is running very slowly at the moment. We have decided to postpone voting for a few days until everything is up and running again.
Don't worry - all your entries are perfectly safe and the voting will open as soon as the server is back online. I'll be sure to let you know as soon as you can go and vote!

  10. Lol - yup! So many weird terms I'll have to be more careful in the future. Though honestly IRL I read every inch of every piece of paper I sign. You gotta know what you're getting yourself into. Is this Human-centi-pad all over again?!? Lol - please somebody get this joke!

  11. Since the voting period isn't open yet, can you still enter the contest or it it kinda like a neutral period and nothing can happen?

  12. Ghehehe you never had my soul! You might wish you did :-p I always read the terms and conditions (to determine if a giveaway is international or not). I thought your method was a nice touch ;-)

  14. I am very disappointed that I didn't get a chance to enter the load n vote contest, but the main reason why I didn't was because I thought there would be some fantastic designs and I wouldn't have a chance. Looking at it now I feel like most of the designs were done well, but they were also very simple. My design I was going to enter would have been a more challenging design than most of the entries and I think I would have had a decent chance of winning. But overall, the designs were good, just not as challenging as I thought some would be.
