This beauty is Cosmic Ocean from Pam's Girly Bits. It's a colour shifting which flashes between blue and green depending on the angle of light!
I'm always fascinated polishes like these. HOW can they change colour like that? I'm sure there is some science involved - something to do with reflection or refraction or another concept equally mind boggling to me - but I don't need to understand. For now I'll just accept that science makes for pretty polish!

This is definitely a polish for layering and it works best over blue shades. I have no complaints about the formula of this polish. One coat applied effortlessly with great coverage and it dries very quickly.
