So even though today was kind of a nail fail, I have to post them anyway due to blogging withdrawal. I swear if I don't post these today I'll be up all night stressing about not posting for 3 days!
Today's mani is continuing with the theme of sunny weather and bright summer colours. I'm not sure if there's a problem with my stamping plates, scraper, stamper or I've just lost my stamping skills because I couldn't get anything to go right for me today! In the end I settled for this patchy excuse of a stamping manicure.

ReplyDeleteI know this stamping problem -.- but sometimes it works if I change the stamping polish. I always use the same and they work very well with the Konad plates but for the Bundle Monster ones I sometimes have to use other stamping polishes.

I can only ever stamp with the konad special polishes! Using a normal one is a bit fat failure for me!!

ReplyDeleteYou set a very high standard for yourself, and normally thats good, but not if it stresses you out. This was a lovely cheerful mani and if you had said nothing, my eye would not have searched for flaws. We are all human :) And we love your postings anyway!

It's still very sunny and cheerful and that wuz the point, right? We are our own harshest critics and sometimes what we think sucks, other ppl love!
ReplyDeleteI can empathize with having a bad nail day. I had a whole string of them last week and I'm currently disappointed with how the pix of my "sock monkey" nails came out. Gonna re-do just because I wanna be wearing sock monkey nails when I'm teaching pre-school classes next week!
It looks very nice, and I wouldn't have noticed anything at all if you hadn't mentioned it. It's a nice, summery combo!
