Title inspired by NEMO!!
I never thought to use the Sally Hansen Chromes as a base before because I prefer 'flat', some might say boring, colours but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed wearing this.
Base Colour: Sally Hansen Chrome - Anemone
Konad Colour: Stargazer - 118 White
Top Coat of NYC
Sally Hansen should really bring the Chromes back. I love the Nemo inspiration!
